Shake Creations takes pride in producing awards ceremonies that are second-to-none. September 2008 saw Shake Creations join forces with Conference Works for another major awards night for a global organisation at the spectacular Brisbane Sofitel. Nominees from around the world gathered in the white-draped ballroom and were entertained by some uniquely Australian and spectacular performances from Pot Pourri, Laserman and William Barton. Six large screens were used to take guests to every corner of the globe (often to more than one place at a time) through some clever multimedia production, which was also utilised to showcase the awards in grand and spectacular style.
This awards night had many opportunities for entertainment interleaved between the awards themselves. The night featured Pot Pourri, Aboriginal Dancers, Laserman and William Barton as a showcase of Australian talkent. Also featured in this highlights package is some of the footage screened on the night to accompany the performances.
