Rhys has over 20 years’ industry experience. His origins stem from concert audio, through to studio and broadcast production, and audio-visual production services. He also has extensive creative production and managerial experience.

Rhys often looks to Monty Python for inspiration and is frequently seen pacing his office muttering “and now for something completely different...”

Rachel has been involved in the creative and graphic design industry for more than 20 years, which makes her feel very, very old. She specialises in coming up with ‘out of the box’ event ideas, and what's more - she isn't afraid to use them…

Rachel can be bribed with Reece's Peanut Butter Cups and good Russian vodka, but not necessarily in that order.

Sally eats, sleeps and breathes events. Based in Sydney, Sally is Shake Creations’ local contact in the Harbour City and her enthusiasm for creating extraordinary events is unsurpassed.

Sally loves singing karaoke, and tries to ignore it when hecklers shout “no Mariah, no Shania, no Whitney, no Britney!”

Although relatively new to event coordination, our Jen has discovered very quickly that she loves the adrenalin rush that comes with making sure that each event runs perfectly. Jen has the enthusiasm it takes to slip on 642 lycra chair covers, blow up 329 beach balls, or to light 1,824 tealight candles for table centrepieces. She also secretly loves wearing comms headsets.
